Using a Gift Card
- Online: Apply your gift card code at checkout in the gift card or discount code field
- In-Store: Present your physical or digital gift card at the time of purchase
Gift cards can be used toward any purchase, including sale items.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
Checking Your Balance
We don't currently offer a self-serve balance lookup. To check your remaining balance, submit a billing request and our team will look it up for you.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If your gift card has been lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible. If you have the name and purchase information used at the time of purchase, our team will do their best to locate and recover the balance for you.
